Everything ships from our facility in Los Angeles, California.

 

Processing time

 

Orders of 1 to 49 units ship in [1 to 2] business days. Orders of 50 to 199 units ship in [2 to 3] business days. Orders of 200 units or more ship in [3 to 5] business days and we will confirm the timeline by email.

 

Orders placed after [2:00 PM PT] are processed the following business day. We do not process or ship on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping methods and cost

 

Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. Standard ground transit is typically [3 to 6] business days within the United States.

 

Free standard shipping on orders over [$250].

 

Orders above [70] lb ship by freight. Select the freight option at checkout and we will contact you with a quote and a delivery window before the order ships.

 

Local pickup

 

Available at our Los Angeles facility. Select Local Pickup at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready. [Address and hours].

 

Where we ship

 

We currently ship within the United States only.

 

Tracking

 

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not updated in [3] business days, email [support@kualityblanks.com] and we will chase it.

 

Lost or damaged in transit

 

Inspect your order on arrival. Report shipping damage within [5] business days with photos of the box and the contents. We will file the carrier claim and send replacements. We cannot process damage claims filed after the carrier's deadline.
