Returns and Exchanges

 

We want you to be confident in what you're buying. Order a sample before you commit to a run.

 

Standard returns

 

Unwashed, unworn, undecorated blanks in original condition may be returned within [30] days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Original tags and packaging must be intact.

 

Decorated goods cannot be returned. Once a garment has been printed, embroidered, dyed, washed, cut, or altered in any way, it is no longer returnable under any circumstances. This is standard across the blanks industry and it is why we strongly recommend ordering a sample first. We cannot make exceptions here.

 

Bulk orders of [50] units or more

 

Bulk orders are returnable within [14] days of delivery, subject to a [15]% restocking fee, and only for full unopened cases or unbroken size runs. Partial returns from a bulk order are not accepted.

 

How to start a return

 

Email [returns@kualityblanks.com] with your order number and what you would like to return. We will send you an RMA number and return instructions. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.

 

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within [5 to 7] business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

 

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

 

If we sent you the wrong product, or a garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, that is on us. Email [support@kualityblanks.com] within [7] days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, and we will cover the return label.

 

Dye lot variation

 

Fabric is dyed in lots, and lots vary slightly. We hold tight tolerances, but color between separate orders may not match exactly. If exact color match across a run matters to you, order the full quantity at once and tell us so we can pull from a single lot. Dye lot variation within our stated tolerance is not a defect and is not grounds for return.

 

Sale and clearance items are final sale unless defective.
